 Patriotic Sewers!

Several people have stepped up and quilted tops for this group and we Thank You.  But we continue to have a need for long arm quilters, so  if you haven't offered to quilt a top but would like to,  we can still use quilters.  Please contact the shop at 989-732-1252 if you are able to help.

We can also use folks to sew on binding and do piecework.   You can meet with the groups on their Sewing Days or work from home.

New members are always welcome to this patriotic group of quilters!  This group meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month to work on quilts that are donated to veterans and current servicemen. So far, eighty-plus quilts have been given away!

CLASSES

Birthstone Class with Julie Manis

We've added a Class!
We are opening up a class on Friday, September 27th since the Saturday, September 28th class is full: 10:30am to 5:00pm

Have you seen these blocks?  They are gorgeous.  We have arranged for a certified teacher to lead this class in making the Emerald Block.  The technique used, for piecing, is freezer paper foundation piecing.  Many people find this easier than traditional flip and sew foundation piecing.

Cost is $50.00
