Binding Basics Class
Does adding the binding to your quilt get delayed because you just don't want to do it? Delphine enjoys adding the binding because it means the quilt is almost ready to use and a finished quilt is a good thing. Delphine will lead you from cutting straight grain and bias binding after deciding how wide to make it and why there are differences in binding widths. Then you will add binding in a variety of manners to quilt sandwiches so that you have samples to take home with you plus written directions. While all the binding will be applied by machine some will be finished by hand and others by machine.
